Introduction: Do you want to work with customer contact, service, and sales in a key role where you become the company's face to the outside world? Ullstämma Vehicle Technology is looking for a service advisor who wants to contribute to satisfied customers, efficient workshop operations, and increased sales. Responsibilities: As a service advisor, you are the hub between the customer, workshop, and technician. You are responsible for receiving customers, following them through the entire service process, and ensuring that every visit is a positive experience. Your main tasks include handling customers in the workshop and via phone/email, scheduling service and repair work, administering service/repairs in systems, pricing jobs and contacting customers with price proposals, handling warranty claims, insurance cases and customer complaints, handing out and receiving vehicles, and actively working to optimize workshop operations, productivity, and customer flow. Qualifications: You have experience in a service profession, preferably with extensive customer contact. You are sales-driven and thrive in an environment focused on customer satisfaction and results. You easily build relationships and enjoy meeting customers. You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and are solution-oriented. You are independent, structured, and complete what you start. You have a technical interest and a basic understanding of workshop work. We welcome candidates who are motivated to develop both personally and with the team.
