Overview

Intro: We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to advance our RevOps function. You will design systems, processes, and insights powering our GTM engine as we scale from $30M to $50M and beyond. Responsibilities: Build a modern RevOps foundation utilizing AI, automation, and scalable systems thinking. Manage and optimize HubSpot and integrations like Attention, 6Sense, and Vainu. Provide clear pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales reporting. Streamline processes such as lead routing, attribution, territory design, and compensation modeling. Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial and product teams to integrate customer and market insights for strategy. Define and operationalize core metrics including win rate, productivity, ARR growth, and retention. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS with international scope. Expertise in HubSpot CRM and familiarity with tools like Attention and Orum. Strong business acumen combined with analytical and data visualization skills. Hands-on experience with data flows, integrations, and automation tools such as Make or Zapier. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally without friction.

Must Have

4+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS with international presence
Expert in HubSpot CRM
Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization
Hands-on experience with integrations and automation tools like Make or Zapier
Strong communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration
