Introduction: Villa Höjden is seeking a permanent Unit Manager to support the Operations Manager by primarily ensuring quality in the services. You will directly manage a team of employees and be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of a modern elderly care facility. Responsibilities: Lead and develop the quality of the operation with a pedagogical and business-oriented approach. Actively uphold company values, compliance with current agreements and legislation, strengthen safety for residents, and create a positive work environment for employees. Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and participate in the management team. Qualifications: Relevant university education in health and social care (e.g., social worker, nurse), experience in elderly care, documented leadership experience, good computer skills, and documentation experience. Personal suitability and a coach-like leadership style are highly valued.
