Intro: Do you want to take full responsibility for a well-established business with a clear focus on results? We are seeking a confident and structured team leader to lead and develop our remediation operations in Malmö. This role combines operational leadership with full profit and loss responsibility. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the remediation business in Malmö, currently leading a team of 6 remediation technicians, with ambitions to grow further. The role includes personnel management, supporting and developing the team, creating structure and a good working environment, ensuring compliance with routines, quality and safety. You will take over assignments from the sales office after deals are finalized, ensure a clear and professional handover, plan and distribute work in our digital order system, and ensure profitable, correct, and efficient execution of sold jobs. Additionally, you have full responsibility for results, including cost follow-up, efficiency and profitability monitoring, driving improvements, and ongoing dialogue with the CEO. Operational responsibilities include job approvals, accurate reporting, daily customer contact, managing simple purchases and supplier contacts, and ensuring vehicles and equipment are serviced and operational. Qualifications: We are looking for a confident and clear leader who thrives with responsibility and decision-making. You understand the link between planning, productivity, and profitability, are structured in a dynamic work environment, solution-oriented and unpretentious, and able to work closely with both technicians and sales staff. Requirements include experience in personnel responsibility, a valid B driving license, proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written), and good digital skills (Office and business systems). Preferred qualifications include experience in service or contracting leadership, mechanical knowledge, a C driving license, and good local knowledge of the Malmö area.
