The role includes individual conversations and group activities without official authority, active presence in the open preschool, as well as providing information, advice, and psychosocial support in parenting. You collaborate closely with colleagues at the family center, other social services departments, and external partners to identify needs early and offer appropriate support. Responsibilities also include parenting courses, thematic meetings, community information, and preventive work with the municipality’s preschools.","Qualifications":"We seek someone educated as a social worker or with equivalent training. Essential qualifications include professional and respectful conduct, confidence in both personal and professional roles, strong ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with families and partners, communicative and relational skills, structured and attentive working methods, and the ability to professionally represent the organization. Preferred qualifications are experience working at a family center, experience with children aged 0-6 and their families, knowledge of a systemic theoretical approach, and experience leading structured parenting support programs such as Trygghetscirkeln, ABC, or Komet."}
