Hop On Hop Off is one of our approximately 30 brands operating in several cities across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany, and the Netherlands. For the summer season, we are now looking for motivated salespeople who can contribute positivity and motivation to our team! We seek energetic individuals who love meeting new people and set high standards. Prior sales experience is not essential; what matters most is your willingness to become a skilled salesperson. We provide the conditions needed to develop your personal sales style. We aim for high targets and ensure fun along the way! Responsibilities: You will actively perform field sales of tickets for Strömma's various sightseeing tours by bus and boat. You'll be the first to approach and engage potential customers and also handle closing sales. While part of a small team, you will primarily work individually outdoors in central Gothenburg. Qualifications: You must be fluent in Swedish and English; knowledge of a third language is an advantage. You are result-oriented, enjoy working towards set goals, flexible, and able to work effectively during both high-pressure and quieter times. Outgoing, engaged, and contributing positively to the work environment are key traits. Loyalty and a strong work ethic are essential. We value the right personality and attitude more than formal education and experience.
