Responsibilities: As a resident doctor, you will work both independently and under supervision. The first year is based at the home hospital. Your duties will rotate among the emergency department, inpatient ward, and outpatient clinic. You will be part of the patient-centered teamwork performing usual ward duties including rounds, consultations, admissions, and discharges. You also have primary on-call responsibility in the emergency department during day and on-call hours. Qualifications: We seek licensed physicians. It is meritorious to have experience in research or teaching, as well as experience with person-centered approaches and Near Care. The ideal candidate will have integrity, good judgment, holistic perspective, and teamwork skills.
