Intro: Junora is one of the market's fastest-growing online auction platforms, helping businesses and private individuals sell vehicles, machinery, and equipment within agriculture, construction, and forestry through easy and efficient auctions. Responsibilities: As a Regional Sales Broker, your job is to find items and get them onto the platform. You prospect, contact, and visit customers, managing the entire process from first contact to publication and follow-up. You fully own your pipeline and plan your day independently. Your activity creates results, and your effort determines your income. Qualifications: You have documented experience in sales with personal customer responsibility. You are used to working towards individual budgets and KPIs. You enjoy proactive and outbound sales activities. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. You hold a B driver's license and have good computer skills, preferably experience with CRM systems. Experience with machinery or auctions is not required but being a self-starter who creates your own business opportunities rather than waiting for them is essential.
