Intro: We are looking for an experienced and independent property caretaker on a as-needed basis for a smaller property in Osby (7 apartments and 2 commercial units). The work is based at the property, so living in or near Osby is preferred. Responsibilities: You are independently responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the property and plan your work according to needs. This includes receiving and handling fault reports, direct contact with tenants, assessing measures and performing simple maintenance, coordinating contractors for major repairs, and following up to ensure work is properly completed. You will work without daily supervision and are expected to take initiative and make decisions within your area of responsibility. Qualifications: You have previous experience in property maintenance or similar practical responsibility. You are self-driven, solution-oriented, responsible, and have good communication skills. You enjoy working independently and taking your own responsibility.
