As a technical project manager, you lead projects from idea to validated concept at the forefront of technology and are responsible for structuring and following up on goals, timelines, and deliveries in a cross-functional environment. You lead specialists in early phases where requirements and solutions are not fully defined, requiring active risk and uncertainty management in early product development. The work demands a structured execution combined with creative problem solving to identify new technical pathways forward. You act as a central link in communication with stakeholders at various levels, clarifying technical progress and ensuring that project goals are anchored in the organization. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you are a structured and result-oriented leader who is curious and comfortable working in environments where not everything is defined from the start. You have an open and unpretentious approach to collaboration and possess a genuine technical interest allowing you to communicate effortlessly with various technical disciplines. We believe you have the following qualifications: - Experience in technical project management, preferably within product or technology development. - An engineering degree or equivalent relevant work experience. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
