Responsibilities: As a production technician, you will work close to production and be a key member of a management team alongside production managers, team leaders, quality technicians, and production controllers. Together, you will drive improvement and development efforts to achieve production goals. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing production methods, efficiency work and technical problem-solving, participation in projects and improvement initiatives, and developing guidelines, target hours, and lead times. Qualifications: Experience in production or production technical work, preferably in hull or assembly. Experience working with business systems such as IFS ERP or equivalent. Vocational Higher Education (YH) within a relevant field or equivalent practical work experience. You must be solution-oriented, structured, independent but comfortable working in a team, driven, engaged, and proactive.
