Responsibilities: As a Production Team Member, you will contribute directly to the harvesting and processing of premium salmon, performing tasks like manual cutting, packing, sorting, labeling, quality control, hygiene management, and equipment maintenance. Your role demands teamwork and flexibility, including alternating day and evening shifts. Qualifications: Essential requirements include a valid EU passport or Norwegian permanent residency/work permit, a driving license (necessary due to limited public transportation on Frøya), good communication skills in English or Norwegian, and the ability to provide a background check from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authorities. Reliability, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are also key. Experience in salmon or food production is advantageous but not mandatory.
