Epishine is scaling up for high-volume production of printed organic solar cells that capture indoor light to power electronics sustainably. Responsibilities: Lead the conversion of R&D innovations into production-ready roll-to-roll processes, industrialize pilot concepts, act as the technical link between R&D and production, define manufacturing process architectures, introduce and qualify new equipment, safeguard yield and quality, and drive structured change management. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or similar with over 10 years’ experience in production process development and industrialization. Demonstrated success in technology transfer, equipment qualification, and process control definition. Strong project leadership driving complex, long-term conversion projects. Solid understanding of roll-to-roll plastic processing. Preferred: Experience with functional materials or printed electronics roll-to-roll processes and adaptability in evolving markets and organizations.
