This role offers you a key position in the region's future development—where education meets industry and where the right competence determines competitiveness. As a Process Leader at IUC East, you coordinate the development of Teknikcollege in Östergötland, bringing together business, education, and the public sector around a common direction. Responsibilities: You hold the main responsibility to process lead Teknikcollege in the region, combining development work, project management, and collaboration both strategically and operationally. You will also be involved in other competence development activities within IUC East, such as skills supply, production development, and EU projects. You work closely with companies, municipalities, the region, Linköping University, and other Teknikcollege process leaders across Sweden. You report directly to the CEO of IUC East and have significant freedom to act within your role. Qualifications: You are a proactive and structured individual who enjoys working in collaborative environments where you are the hub that gets things done. You have experience in project management or coordination responsibility and are comfortable in both strategic discussions and operational execution. You possess good administrative skills and experience handling budgets and documentation. Preferred qualifications include experience from school and education sectors or working with education-related areas within industry or regional development.
