The teacher also shares digital competencies with colleagues, strengthens digital pedagogy school-wide, and teaches subjects preferably in Swedish and English at a high school level with a relationship-based, individualized approach.","qualifications":"We seek someone with subject qualifications preferably in Swedish and English, strong relational and outreach skills, experience or great interest in distance pedagogy and digital tools, understanding of mental health issues, and experience in folk education, social work, and pedagogy.
