Responsibilities: At Kiwa Certification, we are a leading company in the certification of food standards such as FSSC, BRC, IFS, MSC/ASC, KRAV, EU organic, and GRMS among others. As a food auditor, you will be Kiwa’s primary contact with our customers, planning and conducting audits according to agreed standards. You will operate mainly across Scandinavia, with occasional assignments in Europe. Travel is required, often 2-3 overnight trips per week, with possibilities to work from home when not traveling. You will also actively promote Kiwa and our services, contributing to the company’s growth. Qualifications: We expect you to be a social and outgoing person driven by building strong customer relationships. As a food auditor, you must be customer-oriented, professional, curious, and act with high integrity. You should be meticulous, able to work independently, and meet deadlines consistently. A deep interest in quality and food safety work drives you to ensure high standards and continuous improvements. Required qualifications include at least a 3-year academic degree in food, microbiology, process technology or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience as a quality manager or in food safety, experience in report writing, a valid driver’s license (B), and good Swedish and English communication skills.
