Duties include planning, distributing, and supervising daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, staff areas, and common spaces. Responsible for scheduling and training cleaning staff. Requires good organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail. Flexibility and problem-solving skills are needed since workload and pace can vary. Effective communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential. Personal transportation is required as there is no public transit.
