Responsibilities: As a Hotel Staff Manager, you will have a varied and developing role where you are responsible for our operations in hotel cleaning and reception. You will work both on-site at hotels and in office environments, overseeing staff, quality, and customer relationships. Your tasks include recruitment, staffing, scheduling, coaching and development of employees, quality control and follow-ups at customer sites, customer meetings and relationship building, sales and upselling, as well as financial and profitability responsibility. You report to the Operations Manager and are the key to ensuring satisfied customers and employees. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with solid experience in the hotel industry and accustomed to personnel responsibility. Experience as a Housekeeping Manager is required; hotel manager experience is a plus. You must have good insight into personnel planning and scheduling, basic economic understanding, a driving license category B, and very good Swedish and English skills. As a person, you are positive, structured, diplomatic, and solution-oriented. You motivate others, thrive with pace and responsibility, and have the social skills to create strong relationships with both customers and employees.
