Responsibilities: Kiwa Certification is a leading company in certifying food standards including FSSC, BRC, IFS, MSC/ASC, KRAV, EU organic, GRMS and more. This role combines food auditing with an emphasis on reviewing colleagues’ reports and maintaining auditor competence within at least one of the standards BRCGS and/or FSSC. This means fewer travels and audits than a typical food auditor role. You will maintain your approval and perform at least 5 audits per year. You will also act as the outward face of Kiwa, marketing our services and contributing to company growth. The role involves travel with possibilities to work from home when not traveling. Preferred location is Stockholm or southern Sweden. Qualifications: We believe you are outgoing, social, customer-oriented, professional, curious, inquisitive, and have high integrity. You are thorough and capable of independent work with strict adherence to deadlines. You have a keen interest in quality and food safety, driving high standards and continuous improvement. You must have: minimum 3 years academic education in food, microbiology, process technology or equivalent; minimum 5 years experience as quality manager or in food safety; reporting experience; driver’s license B; and good Swedish and English skills. Experience reviewing GFSI reports is meritorious.
