Intro: We are now looking for a systems engineer with a few years of documented experience to join one of our clients in Lund. You will be part of a competent and driven team with colleagues both in Sweden and internationally. Responsibilities: In this role, you will support the development of V&V (Verification & Validation) strategy through all development phases—from lab environment to integration and deployment. Define requirements, architecture, interfaces, and plans for integration, verification, and validation. Develop V&V test specifications for both virtual and physical environments. Develop forward-looking solutions to virtualize and automate the physical domain. Lead analyses of system performance, simulations, and risk reduction activities. Qualifications: We seek candidates with 1-2 years of experience in IT/OT engineering work in an industrial environment, for example within software development, automation, and verification and validation of software and hardware. In addition, you have experience in cybersecurity, knowledge of software development (e.g., RDM, SQL), microservices architecture, industrial automation, and DevOps methodology. Relevant engineering education (IT, software, or mechatronics) and very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
