Responsibilities: Lead the creative process from idea to execution and develop a cohesive and innovative visual direction. You will: Develop and drive a creative vision that elevates the digital fashion experience, create strong visual narratives that strengthen the brand presence, present and anchor creative concepts with stakeholders, collaborate closely with content, tech and business teams to ensure viable and impactful solutions, and ensure that creative quality meets business goals, brand strategy, and technical prerequisites. Qualifications: You are confident in your design expertise and lead through proficiency. You have experience setting and driving creative processes, are accustomed to managing stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly and confidently, think conceptually but deliver concretely, and have excellent skills in Figma. While you do not need personnel responsibility, you are a natural leader within your craft, inspiring others through your competence and clarity.
