Responsibilities: Onboard in the restaurant, we serve well-prepared meals made from local ingredients, ranging from fresh vegan and vegetarian dishes to delicious meat and fish options. In the kitchen, you work in a tight team alongside chefs and cold kitchen staff. Tasks vary from preparing food a la minute, serving well-made canteen food to prepping for the entire week's trips. Daily duties include dishwashing and cleaning, and adhering to internal hygiene routines. Qualifications: You must be at least 18 years old, have at least a 3-year secondary or post-secondary education in restaurant/kitchen work or equivalent professional experience. Previous experience in large kitchens or a la carte is meritorious but not required. Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) and good English skills are necessary. Safety onboard is paramount; mandatory safety training and medical examination will be conducted.

Must Have

18 years old or older
At least 3 years of secondary or post-secondary education in restaurant/catering or equivalent work experience
Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
Good English skills
Knowledge of hygiene routines and ability to work structured under high pressure
