Responsibilities: As Chief Architect, you will collaborate with our cross-functional development teams in Linköping and internationally. Your focus will be on improving what and how we develop on a daily basis and generally how we work with all aspects of software development at Maintmaster. You will work closely with our CPO and CTO, playing a key role in defining and guiding teams toward our overarching product vision. You will engage with the latest technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, and SaaS while also managing legacy systems, deciding how best to maintain or gradually transform older codebases based on scope, needs, and condition. Qualifications: You have a relevant university degree or equivalent skills in software development. Comfortable working with front-end, back-end, databases, and related infrastructure. You think strategically, have proven leadership skills (not necessarily with formal personnel responsibility), excellent communication skills, and fluent Swedish and English. Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, AI/machine learning/Business Intelligence, and B2B SaaS environments is a plus.
