Intro: We are seeking someone with experience working with children and youth with special needs who wants to contribute to a safe and developmental environment. The position is for a summer camp with the possibility of extension during weekend stays in autumn. Responsibilities: As a camp leader, you will activate and supervise children and youth with autism and/or intellectual disabilities during their stay. You will also participate in daily tasks together with other staff, including care duties. You and your colleagues are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the activities, and documenting individually and collectively. Qualifications: Minimum upper secondary education and at least 18 years old. Previous leadership experience in camps or similar roles is preferred, as well as documented experience working with children in childcare, school, or associations. Swimming ability is required due to possible water activities. Computer skills and fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are necessary. Possession of a manual driver's license (B) and experience in kitchen work are additional merits.
