We are looking for a driven and strategic leader to take responsibility for developing our Data & AI offerings, combining business development with client engagement. Responsibilities: As the Lead, you will drive the Automation & AI agenda by leveraging a strong portfolio within the Data & AI business area, create new engagements in Sweden, and deliver real customer value. You will build a team to scale the business, collaborate closely with other departments, develop strategies, and create innovative digital solutions that make a difference. Your time will be split roughly 50/50 between sales/delivery and scaling the business. You will lead strategic initiatives, participate actively in customer dialogues, presales, projects, and ensure new technology adoption for real value. The role includes collaboration across business areas and borders and establishing Columbus as a leading player in Automation & AI in Sweden. Qualifications: To succeed, you need over 10 years of experience in management consulting and digital transformation, with at least 2 years of experience in Automation, AI, and Microsoft's Power Platform. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Swedish and English are required. Experience in manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Retail & Distribution, or Life Science is a plus. Swedish residency is mandatory; VISA or relocation support is not offered.
