Responsibilities: As the Lead, you will drive the Automation & AI agenda by leveraging a strong portfolio of Data & AI business offerings, create new engagements in Sweden, and deliver real customer value. You will gradually build a team to scale the business in close collaboration with other business areas. You will develop competencies, create strategies, and develop innovative digital solutions that make a real difference for customers. You will be a key driver in international collaborations, act as a delivery expert, and work closely with various business units to create holistic solutions. The role balances 50/50 between sales/delivery and scaling the business, emphasizing customer engagement. Qualifications: We expect you to have over 10 years of experience in management consulting and digital transformation, plus at least 2 years of experience in Automation, AI, and Microsoft Power Platform. Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory. Experience in manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Retail & Distribution, or Life Science industries is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required. Swedish residency or citizenship is mandatory; VISA or relocation assistance is not offered.
