Start is April 1st, 9 months contract to start with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of design content throughout the vehicle development process, ensuring alignment between design teams, program management and product development.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Design Project Leader, you will drive the design project planning and ensure that the design scope is delivered according to agreed timing, cost and quality targets.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>You will work in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Manage the complete vehicle design project scope during development phases<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Integrate overall vehicle program plans with design project plans<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure delivery according to timing, quality and project targets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain resourcing plans, budgets, forecasts and follow-up<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Delegate tasks and track progress within the project team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate closely with program management and product development teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support change management and project governance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a senior consultant with strong experience from the automotive sector.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>5\u201310 years of experience within automotive design project management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Good understanding of automotive design processes and development tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience from vehicle development programs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to manage budget, forecast and financial follow-up<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Strong leadership and decision-making ability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Structured and results-oriented<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent communication skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Team-oriented mindset<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to work effectively in international and cross-cultural environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>This role requires fluency in English. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso.
