Retail Staffing is currently seeking store sales assistants for MQ, Lindex, and Hemtex in Södertälje. Having availability to work in other stores in the Stockholm area is a plus, offering more job opportunities. Responsibilities: As an employee of Retail Staffing, you will work on assignments for MQ, Lindex, or Hemtex, moving between stores as needed. You choose when to work by booking shifts via our convenient app, allowing great flexibility to fit your schedule. Tasks include personal sales on the floor, assisting customers in changing rooms, cashier duties, stock work, and providing high-level customer service. You are a key team member ensuring every customer has a positive experience. Qualifications: You must have a main employment of at least 50% (e.g., studies, part-time job, or active sole proprietorship with F-tax). You have previous retail sales experience, can work at least two weekday day shifts per week, are flexible to work on short notice, and have good Swedish and English skills. You must have completed secondary school and enjoy working efficiently in a dynamic environment while contributing to a good team spirit.
