Bräcke Diakoni is now looking for summer substitutes for home care at Stolplyckan in Linköping City South. We are a nonprofit organization working with care, holistic responsibility, and long-term commitment. With us, every meeting counts. Responsibilities: As a summer substitute, your primary task is to create security and be a support in the customers' daily lives and home environment. Together with colleagues in home care, home nursing, and home rehabilitation, you contribute to a safe overall environment for the customer. You work as needed, from occasional shifts in spring to longer scheduled periods during summer. Your tasks may include providing services at our sheltered housing and local customers, supporting personal care, assisting with household services, documenting and administering medication delegation after training and supervision by a nurse, encouraging activities such as breakfast clubs, game sessions, and excursions, and being a companion and social support in daily life. Qualifications: You are over 18 years old and want to work extra alongside studies or another job. Perhaps you are studying to become a assistant nurse, nurse, or already have experience in care work. You thrive in a job where you sometimes work independently but are always part of a team. You are attentive to needs, take initiative when required, and meet people with respect and warmth.
