Responsibilities: As a master in IT, you will provide first-line support for one of Centric’s exciting clients in Stockholm. Your tasks will naturally vary depending on the client, but rest assured, we guarantee a challenging and enjoyable assignment. As an IT consultant at Centric, we expect you to always do your best for the customer and be a team player who enjoys collaboration. Regardless of your colleagues' roles, we all share a common value – caring for each other. Since your work will likely involve a lot of social interaction, it’s important that you feel comfortable in such settings. After all, you will be the first contact when employees call for IT-related assistance. Qualifications: We prefer candidates with a genuine interest in IT and technology. Having completed a secondary school IT education is a plus. As an IT consultant, you should be service-minded, humble, and excellent at solving various IT problems. Must-have: Minimum six months of work experience in a service desk role, experience working in Windows environments, experience with Active Directory, experience troubleshooting and installing applications, fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written). Nice-to-have: IT education, driver’s license.
