We seek a strategic sales leader with proven experience in driving revenue, inspiring high-performing teams, and scaling business success. Responsibilities: As Sales Director, you will drive sales growth in the UK through both your own efforts and leadership, collaborate with Sales Directors across Europe, build customer retention and growth, lead and inspire a team of sales managers, track KPIs and report to senior leadership, and work cross-functionally with product and customer success teams. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years senior B2B sales leadership experience focused on the UK market, proven record of scaling sales and revenue growth, deep understanding of UK business and sales environments, excellent communication and negotiation skills, experience with consultative and solution-based sales cycles.

Must Have

At least 3 years senior B2B sales leadership experience in the UK market
Proven experience scaling sales and driving revenue growth
Deep understanding of UK business and sales environments
