Intro: Team Aktiv Primary Care Rehab has provided rehabilitation services to the Hässelby-Vällingby population since 1995. The team includes physiotherapists, specialist physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians working together to develop and manage the service while supporting one another. Responsibilities: You will work with patients of all ages and diagnoses within primary care, offering varied and continuously developing work. The role includes both diagnosis and treatment, performed both at the clinic and in patients' homes. Teamwork with other healthcare professionals is common, and you will plan your work in collaboration with the team. Your role as a physiotherapist is crucial in patient rehabilitation. Qualifications: Must be a licensed physiotherapist with good Swedish language skills, hold a manual transmission B driver's license, and be comfortable working in home environments with pets and possible smoke odors. Experience in primary care and familiarity with the Take Care journal system are advantageous.
