We are currently seeking skilled Cisco network technicians—both junior and senior—to work on assignments with our clients in the Stockholm area. We are looking for individuals passionate about continuous development within Cisco. Responsibilities: As a network technician, your primary role will be problem-solving network-related issues of varying complexity. Depending on your experience, you may work closely with clients on configurations or operate in server halls. You might also work broadly across different environments. Your duties include troubleshooting, setup, and management within your domain, including working with DNS/DHCP and VPN solutions. A strong focus on security is important, including working with Cisco firewalls—handling troubleshooting, updates, and setup. Quick thinking and responsiveness in critical situations are essential, especially when responding to network alarms as a NOC technician, isolating and addressing network-related issues. Qualifications: To succeed, you are flexible and ready to adapt to new environments. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Analytical and tactical thinking helps you optimize and plan effectively. You work well in teams, valuing strong collaboration. Required qualifications include at least two years of Cisco networking experience, knowledge of DNS/DHCP, VPN tunnels and clients, WAN experience, configuration skills of routers, switches and ports, and post-secondary education in networking or related fields.
