Intro: As an Electrical Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate installation and service projects and be responsible for daily management on site. You plan tasks, allocate resources, monitor time and quality, and ensure compliance with applicable safety and work environment requirements. The position is full-time. Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and distribute work for electricians and subcontractors. Prepare work preparations and ensure that drawings and technical documentation are followed. Monitor schedules, material consumption, and finances. Ensure quality and work environment on site and conduct risk assessments. Maintain contact with customers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: You have vocational training in electricity or equivalent technical background. Experience in leadership or project management within the electrical installation industry. Good knowledge of electrical installations, regulations, and reading drawings. Good command of Swedish both spoken and written, as well as basic computer skills. Must hold a B driver's license.
