Responsibilities: You will work with both private and workshop customers to independently and successfully sell our products. Tasks include selling on weekdays and weekends, servicing workshop customers via phone, ensuring product presentation and orderliness in the store, assisting customers with simple installations, actively upselling, managing consumables and stock for workshops, and handling customer returns correctly. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with work experience in a similar industry, completed or ongoing upper secondary education, preferably with a vehicle technology focus. Vehicle interest, engagement, responsibility, service-minded attitude, proficiency in spoken and written Swedish, computer literacy, and a valid B driver's license are required. Prior workshop experience and knowledge of car parts are considered advantages.
