Intro: Flex Power Modules, part of Flex, is a leading provider of scalable DC/DC power converters serving AI, data processing, and communication markets. We offer a broad range of isolated and non-isolated digitally-enabled DC/DC converters with PMBus compatibility. Responsibilities: You will develop new DC/DC products working collaboratively with project managers, electronic design engineers, mechanical, and simulation engineers. Tasks include electronic, thermal, and magnetic design, product evaluation and verification, data analysis from global hyperscalers and partners to guide roadmap development, and contributing to product feasibility assessments. Qualifications: You should hold an academic degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, possess advanced functional, technical, and process management skills, and maintain effective customer relationship skills. Proven ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and draw valid conclusions is essential. Knowledge in thermal and magnetic design is an advantage.
