Responsibilities: In upcoming assignments as an IT technician, you may work with operational responsibility, management, and development of clients' Modern Workplace environments; provide 2nd/3rd line support within clients, Microsoft 365, and IT platforms; configure and administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online etc.); handle users, licenses, and permissions in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD); administer Windows 10/11 clients via Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager including policies, profiles, compliance, and application distribution; lifecycle management of clients and applications; participate in customer projects involving digitalization, automation, and improvement work; troubleshoot advanced incidents and develop routines, processes, and user experiences. Qualifications: You are a solution-oriented and structured individual who thrives in a consultancy role and enjoys working close to the customer's operations. You are confident in your skills, like to keep updated on new technologies and are used to collaborating with both IT specialists and business users. Essential requirements include at least 4 years of experience as an IT technician or equivalent, good experience with Modern Workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune / Endpoint Manager, Windows 10/11, Entra ID (Azure AD), IT security and compliance principles, experience with PowerShell or other automation, understanding of networks, client platforms and security principles, and fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
