Responsibilities: As a Supervisor in technical property operations, you lead and manage a team of 9 technicians, spending most of your time actively supporting operations on site. You act as the link between practical execution and administrative demands, leading daily work, coordinating resources, supporting technicians, holding 1:1 meetings, leading internal meetings, managing smaller contracts, preparing quotations, maintaining customer and subcontractor communication, and ensuring deliveries meet agreements. Qualifications: We seek a humble leader with solid expertise in technical property management and willingness to engage hands-on when required. Essential qualifications include an education in property technology, at least 5 years' technical property operations experience, and 3 years in leadership roles. You must have excellent Swedish language skills (oral and written), strong IT competence for quotation and email handling, and the ability to create engagement and trust within your team.
