Introduction: Are you passionate about technology and service? As a Support Technician at SAAB in Linköping, you will have a varied workday providing technical support. You will handle and resolve front-line cases and collaborate with colleagues on more complex issues. Responsibilities: In this role within a primarily Windows environment, you will be the first line of support, receiving calls, resolving and documenting cases in detail using the ServiceNow system. Cases unsolvable at the front line are escalated to Backoffice. In Backoffice, you will resolve incoming cases from phone, chat, or portal with support from colleagues and documentation. Request Fulfillment includes managing orders, some requiring manual handling. You will primarily use Swedish for calls and English for documentation. Qualifications: You should enjoy taking personal responsibility and working across three different roles with a positive service-oriented attitude. Essential qualifications include a completed secondary education preferably with IT/technical focus, willingness to work remotely assisting customers with technical issues, good spoken and written Swedish and English skills, good knowledge of Windows, and Swedish citizenship due to security clearance requirements.
